Our real estate attorneys represent clients in negotiating, structuring and closing a wide range of real estate transactions for lenders, real estate developers and investors. A growing area of our real estate practice lies in assisting individuals and businesses in need of zoning and other regulatory services, including representation before various local boards of adjustment and planning commissions.
Attorneys
The scope of our Real Estate Law practice includes acquisitions, construction and permanent lending, construction contracts, real estate management, commercial leasing, energy and zoning. We also prepare title opinions and obtain the issuance of title insurance for commercial and residential properties, and routinely represent commercial banks and savings and loan associations in real estate problem loan workouts and foreclosures of commercial properties, apartment complexes, and single-family residences. We also represent several of the largest multifamily investment groups in the Midwest, and other commercial real estate interests in each of the states contiguous to Oklahoma, as well as multinational groups in Florida and California real estate activities.
In addition to the Real Estate Law practice, our litigators have represented landlords and tenants in leasing disputes, individuals and businesses in construction and development litigation, insurance coverage disputes
