A shareholder and director in the firm’s Tulsa office, Mr. Thomas provides transactional legal services and counseling relating to commercial business matters, commercial real estate and commercial financing. He represents lenders and borrowers by preparing documentation, negotiating, coordinating and closing financial transactions, including small and large credit facilities of varying complexity for small, mid-sized and major financial institutions. He is also a member of the firm’s management committee and executive committee.

Mr. Thomas earned a Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in business and economics from Vanderbilt University.

Mr. Thomas is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association and Oklahoma Bar Association. He was named one of Tulsa’s Top Lawyers, and has been recognized as an AV Preeminent Peer Rated Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell since 1993.
