Ken M. Smith is a shareholder in the firm’s Tulsa office. He has more than 40 years of experience in all areas of real estate transactions and litigation, along with expertise in civil litigation, estate planning and oil and gas law.

Mr. Smith earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa in 1972. He received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a minor in business from Oklahoma State University in 1965.

Mr. Smith is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association and American Bar Association. He served at his alma mater as president of the Oklahoma State University Alumni Association from 2008-09, and is admitted to practice law in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Eastern, Western and Northern Districts of Oklahoma.
