Susan and Mike Turpen named Honorary Co-Chairs of Lyric Theatre’s 2022 Broadway Bash event

Riggs Abney attorney Michael C. Turpen and his wife Susan Turpen were recently named co-chairs of the Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma Broadway Bash 2022.

The Turpens are longtime supporters and patrons of Lyric Theatre and have both served in volunteer capacities through Mike’s services to the organization’s board of directors and Susan’s involvement in volunteer fundrasing committees.  Susan and Mike’s daughter, Sarah, was enrolled in the Thelma Gaylord Academy and has appeared in Lyric production. 

Mike has been instrumental in fundraising for Lyric to enhance its presence in Oklahoma and providing new facilities for the actors and students. In 2006, he received the John Kirkpatrick Award from Lyric Theatre for his leadership in chairing their successful $10 million capital campaign.

The Lyric Theatre Broadway Bash will take place Oct. 13th at the Oklahoma City Golf & Country Club.
