Stephanie L. Theban is a shareholder in the firm’s Tulsa office. She is a member of the Appellate, Civil Litigation, Civil Rights, Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury and Product Liability practice areas.

Ms. Theban earned her Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa in 1983 and was selected for Order of the Curule Chair upon graduating. Ms. Theban also received American Jurisprudence Awards in Torts, Criminal Law, Evidence, Agency and Partnership, and was honored with the Judge Tom Brett Criminal Law Award.

She is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice law in the United States Supreme Court, Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Northern, Western and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma.
