Robert P. Skeith's practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate, banking, and business law. Robert has over 25 years' experience serving as counsel to financial institutions, real estate developers, companies and individuals in litigation matters, business formation and governance matters and in negotiating and documenting transactions. Robert also serves as outside general counsel to several Oklahoma financial institutions.

    A skilled litigator, Robert’s experience includes:

  • Acquisition, sale, zoning, platting, leasing and financing of raw land for development of hotels, shopping centers, outlet malls, apartment complexes, industrial facilities, financial institutions, high rise office buildings, mini storage facilities, warehouses, restaurants and numerous other uses
  • Acquisition, sale, leasing and financing of income producing commercial properties and ongoing concerns including franchises, apartment complexes, office buildings, medical practices, wholesale propane, compressed natural gas facilities and refineries, convenience stores, financial institutions, warehouses, retail facilities, bars, restaurants, car washes, and numerous other business and properties

Robert earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from The University of Tulsa where he concentrated in Jazz Studies. He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Tulsa with Honors.

Robert is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Oklahoma; United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit; and United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma.
