Fred Rahal Jr. serves as a shareholder in the firm’s Tulsa office. He is an experienced litigator and represents both individual and corporate clients. Mr. Rahal has practiced in the field of transportation law for more than 40 years. He served as general counsel for PepsiCo Inc. for two decades, and as a captain in the United States Army, JAGC.

Mr. Rahal earned a Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 1963. He earned a bachelor’s degree in history and political science from The University of Tulsa, as well.

Mr. Rahal is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association and Oklahoma Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in Oklahoma and Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
