Lori T. LoVoi-Nieves is a shareholder attorney in the firm’s Tulsa office. Her areas of expertise include traffic and consumer protection, and she serves as a member of the Criminal Law and Transportation Law practice areas.

She obtained her Juris Doctor from Pace University in 1987. She graduated with honors in American Juris Prudence in Contracts, Evidence and Product Liability. She received her bachelor’s degree in English, literature and creative writing with a minor in political science from the University of New York at Purchase in 1981.

Ms. LoVoi-Nieves is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in the Eastern District of Oklahoma. She is an adjunct professor at Tulsa Community College, a former Assistant District Attorney in Bronx, New York, and previously clerked for the Court Claims in New York. She is also former literary agent and a published author.
