DAVID W. LEE
David W. Lee is an of counsel attorney in the firm’s Oklahoma City office. He is a skilled litigator in the areas of appellate law, civil rights and employment and labor law. Mr. Lee previously served as Chief of the Criminal and Federal Divisions of the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office for three Riggs Abney Attorneys General: Robert H. Henry, Michael C. Turpen, and Jan Eric Cartwright.
Mr. Lee is the author of the treatise “Handbook of Section 1983 Litigation,” published by Wolters Kluwer. This treatise also appears on Wolters Kluwer’s online research platform, Cheetah.
Mr. Lee also serves as a hearing officer for the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation with regard to appeals of denials of Self Defense Act (concealed handgun) applications.
