D. SHARON GENTRY

D. Sharon Gentry is a associate in the firm’s Oklahoma City office. She litigates matters in general civil litigation – from small claims to complex litigation, as well as personal injury – particularly automobile accidents and premises liability. She also practices in areas of social security disability and serves as the LegalShield Supervising Attorney for the Oklahoma City office.
Of her most notable cases and successes, Ms. Gentry represented in State of Oklahoma v. R.J. Reynolds, State of Oklahoma v. Tyson Foods and State of Oklahoma v. Brown.
Ms. Gentry earned a Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1994, where she graduated cum laude and was runner-up in the moot court competition. She earned a bachelor’s degree in language arts education with a minor in speech, and a master’s degree in secondary education, from the University of Oklahoma. Ms. Gentry is a former Norman and Oklahoma City Public Schools teacher.
Ms. Gentry serves as the supervising attorney for LegalShield. She is a member of the Oklahoma Country Bar Association and Oklahoma Bar Association, and is licensed to practice in Oklahoma, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, Social Security Administration, and all state and federal courts in Oklahoma.
