JAMES L. FOLTMER
Jim Foltmer is an associate attorney in the firm’s Denver office. His practice includes bankruptcy and landlord/tenant law.
Mr. Foltmer worked as a deputy district attorney for Colorado’s 15th Judicial Branch where he tried county and district court cases, including dozens of successful jury trials. Today, his practice includes bankruptcy, HOA, collection and landlord/tenant matters.
A graduate of Thomas Jefferson School of Law, Mr. Foltmer received the LSAT Scholarship, earned a Pro Bono Honors Program Certificate and graduated in the top of his class. He received his bachelor’s degree in math with a minor in writing from Regis University in 1989.
Mr. Foltmore was named San Diego County Volunteer of the Year for his work with the Alternate Public Defender’s Office in 2000. He is licensed to practice in Colorado and the Federal District Court.
