Don M. Bingham is a shareholder and past president of the firm. His areas of expertise include business and commercial law, civil litigation and employment law.

Mr. Bingham has taken numerous complex jury trials to verdict in civil cases. These include labor and employment matters. Mr. Bingham has successfully litigated business disputes, employer/employee controversies and professional negligence cases.

Mr. Bingham earned a Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa College of Law. He graduated cum laude from Princeton University with a degree in philosophy.

Widely respected in his field, Mr. Bingham has been named to Best Lawyers in America for 15 years. He is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma, Texas, United States Tax Court, and various federal courts including the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
