A shareholder in the firm’s Tulsa office, Ryan J. Assink practices bankruptcy and real estate law. He is an experienced foreclosure attorney and has represented lenders in cases statewide. His bankruptcy and creditor’s rights experience includes representing bankruptcy trustees, as well as creditors and debtors in cases under Chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code.

Since joining the firm, Mr. Assink has served as lead attorney in approximately 100 adversary proceedings. His expertise includes seeking relief from the automatic stay and plan confirmation objections, and providing bankruptcy and foreclosure representation for local and regional banks.

Mr. Assink earned a Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 1997. He earned a bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from The University of Tulsa, as well.

Mr. Assink is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and a former staff attorney for a Chapter 13 Trustee. In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering for local sports teams.
