Heather L. Cupp focuses on research, writing, and appellate work in a variety of cases including, but not limited to, cases in the areas of commercial and business, personal injury, medical negligence, employment, construction, and real property. Heather is an AV rated attorney with over 25 years' experience in complex litigation and drafting motions, briefs, pleadings, mediation statements, negotiating settlements of cases, and drafting and negotiating a variety of service and construction agreements. Heather earned her B.S. in Psychology with a minor in criminal justice from Northeastern State University, and earned her J.D. from the University of Tulsa . Heather is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma and Texas; and is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Oklahoma and United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma.
