Stephen is an attorney in the firm’s Tulsa office. He has three decades of experience in family law litigation involving issues such as custody, visitation, child support, spousal support and property and debt division. Mr. Hale routinely serves as a mediator to assist parties in resolving all forms of family law disputes. He is also frequently appointed by Courts as a Parenting Coordinator or a Guardian ad Litem.

He obtained a Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa School of Law in 1993 and a master’s degree in Tax from The University of Tulsa in 1999. Mr. Hale is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association.
