Michael C. Turpen elected vice chairman of Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education
The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education recently elected former Oklahoma Attorney General Michael C. Turpen of Oklahoma City as vice chairman of the board. He and the other officers will lead the nine-member board throughout the 2021-2022 fiscal year.
Mike was appointed as an Oklahoma State Regent by Governor Brad Henry in May 2009, serving a nine-year term ending in May 2018. In May 2018, he was reappointed by Governor Mary Fallin for a second nine-year term ending in May 2027.
