Accord Mediation & Arbitration has welcomed M. David Riggs as a mediator. He was the Senate author of the Oklahoma’s Dispute Resolution Act adopted in 1983 and was a volunteer mediator for Northern District Feberal Court’s initial ADR program under the direction of Magistrate John Wagner.
