Riggs Abney hires Chad Neuens in Tulsa

Chad Neuens has more than 30 years experience in the areas of law enforcement, business litigation, business counseling, civil rights, product liability, commercial litigation, subrogation, fire and explosion, banking, construction, trucking, transportation, casualty, premises liability, wrongful death, personal injury, environmental liability, oil and gas, bankruptcy, fraud and toxic tort. He has published several articles and has presented numerous seminars in these areas.

He has tried numerous cases in his career, including 35 jury trials, in state and federal courts throughout the country. He is certified to represent law enforcement in civil rights litigation, use of force claims and administrative actions by the Fraternal Order of Police Legal Protection Fund.

He is a graduate of the Creighton University School of Law in Omaha and has been admitted to practice law in 18 different states, U.S. District Courts, U.S. Courts of Appeals, and U.S. Supreme Court. Neuens is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association and Colorado Bar Association.
