Our litigators have extensive experience in both defending and asserting Civil Rights claims. We have had the privilege of defending the State of Oklahoma and several other public entities, including the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, Oklahoma Department of Education, Oklahoma Department of Corrections, Emergency Medical Services Authority, Sand Springs School District, City of Broken Arrow, and City of Owasso in claims asserted under both State and Federal Civil Rights laws.

In addition to defending these public entities, our attorneys have successfully represented individuals who had claims of discrimination and violation of their Civil Rights in both State and Federal courts, as well as in administrative proceedings and arbitration.
