Riggs Abney attorneys regularly represent debtors, creditors and creditors’ committees in cases filed under the Bankruptcy Code, many of which involve multi-million dollar corporate reorganizations and sophisticated restructures and liquidations. They provide counsel to bankruptcy trustees in the reorganization and liquidation of various businesses. Our attorneys even serve as panel trustees in the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Eastern District of Oklahoma.
