The litigation of workers’ compensation claims includes handling all aspects of a claim from the initial filing through the appeals process, and our lawyers possess a strong record of litigating issues of temporary total disability payments, necessity of medical treatment and rehabilitation – which, at times, includes seeking secondary medical opinions, permanent partial or total disability, vocational retraining, and occasionally the re-opening of a case to seek additional benefits related to the worsening of an old injury or condition. Our attorneys have also litigated claims relating to wrongful termination in retaliation for the exercise of rights protected under applicable workers’ compensation laws.
