The University of Oklahoma College of Law inducted five new members into the Order of the Owl Hall of Fame on Thursday, Feb. 22, 2024. Reagan Bradford received the Order of the Parliamentarian, presented to more recent graduates who have already made an outstanding contribution to the discipline. Those receiving the Order of Owl honors are the Honorable Terence Kern, senior United States Judge of the Northern District of Oklahoma; Natalie Shirley, OU Regent; The Honorable Jari Askins, former Lieutenant Governor of Oklahoma; Clark Musser, expert in oil and gas law; and Melvin Hall, former OU Regent. The Order of the Owl recognizes OU Law graduates who have made great contributions to the state and the field of law. The honorees are pictured with OU Law Dean Katheleen Guzman, third from left.
