
JAMES C. ORBISON
James C. Orbison has more than 50 years’ experience with assisting clients in the areas of banking, business, commercial and governmental law. Additionally, he serves as a member of the firm’s executive and management committees.
Mr. Orbison represents banks and financial institution and has been involved in nearly every aspect of banking including lending, restructures and workouts, corporate and individual trust matters, bond financings and regulatory matters. Mr. Orbison is lead counsel for the firm’s representation of the Tulsa County Criminal Justice Authority, Emergency Medical Services Authority, Tulsa County Industrial Authority, Rogers County Criminal Justice Authority, Rogers County Educational Facilities Authority and Rogers County Enhanced 9-1-1 Trust Authority.
A graduate of The University of Tulsa College of Law, Mr. Orbison is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association and the Oklahoma Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in the state of Oklahoma and currently serves as a board member of the Oklahoma Education Lottery Commission, the Oklahoma State University Lew Wentz Foundation, and the Tulsa Children’s Coalition.
