James D. Harvey Jr. is a shareholder in the firm’s Oklahoma City office, where he practices criminal law and civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Harvey sat on the Delaware County and Ottawa County Community Sentencing Councils, and served as the Delaware County Contractor for the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System.

Mr. Harvey earned his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law where he graduated in the top five percent of his class in 1996. He received his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1992.

Mr. Harvey is a member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association the Oklahoma Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in Oklahoma and Texas.
