Peter W. Brolick is a shareholder in the firm’s Tulsa office. He handles complex technical, legal, financial and factual matters for businesses in industries including insurance, construction, healthcare, oil and gas and real estate.

A skilled litigator, Mr. Brolick represents clients in general civil litigation, business transactions, employment law. He often represents small businesses, advising them in virtually all facets of their businesses, including drafting and reviewing contracts, entity formation, negotiations, employment matters, terminations, leases, litigation and vendor disputes.

Mr. Brolick obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma School of Law in 1998. During law school he was named to the dean’s honor roll, received two American Jurisprudence Awards, and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Fraternity. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Oklahoma, as well.

Mr. Brolick is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association (TCBA) and Oklahoma Bar Association. He was named TCBA’s Young Lawyer of the Year in 2003, received the President’s Award in 2006 and has been recognized as an AV Preeminent Peer Rated Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.
