Kristen E. Shillington is a shareholder attorney in the firm’s Colorado office. Her primary area of focus is representing clients in injury cases, including liability disputes. She is also a member of the Civil Litigation, Healthcare, Insurance & “Bad Faith”, Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury and Social Security Disability practice areas.

Ms. Shillington has experience preparing liability release forms for international travel companies and representing clients on cases related to personal injury policy limits and protecting assets. She has also done civil defense work on behalf of clients.

Ms. Shillington earned her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 2002. She received a bachelor’s degree in history and political science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she graduated cum laude and was a Commonwealth Honors Scholar.

Ms. Shillington is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice law in Colorado and Massachusetts.
