Daniel is an Of Counsel attorney in the firm's Oklahoma City office, where he practices banking, finance, business and commercial law. He is a law graduate of The University of Oklahoma in Norman and is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association.

He is admitted to practice law in the state of Oklahoma, the Western District of Oklahoma, the United States Court of Federal Claims, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
